30 Seconds to Save a Life - Seat Belt PSA Challenge
Lights, camera, buckle up! Create a 30-second public service announcement encouraging people to wear their seat belts.
Your PSA can be funny, serious, emotional or creative. Use the method that best gets your message across to your target audience. You could create a video with your friends, interview other students, make a short story or come up with your own creative concept.
Your PSA should:
Be no longer than 30 seconds.
Encourage people to buckle up every trip, every time.
Include a clear seat belt safety message.
Be appropriate for sharing with a general audience.
Keep the PSA positive, respectful and appropriate for a general audience. Do not include graphic content or depict dangerous driving behavior.
ODOT and OTA will select the first winning PSAs at the end of November to feature on its social media channels.
This activity remains open all year so get busy and send in your best PSA at any time!
By submitting your video, you give the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and Oklahoma Turnpike Authority permission to use, reproduce and share the submitted content on ODOT's social media channels and other communications platforms.
What to submit:
Submit your completed 30-second PSA and a brief description of your video. Make sure everyone appearing in the video has permission to participate. <HOW TO SUBMIT?>
