Share the Road

$0.00

Since 1986, the Share the Road program has been teaching the public how to safely share the road with large trucks. As a highway safety program of the American Trucking Associations, Share the Road delivers life-saving safety messages through million-mile accident-free professional truck drivers who engage the public, media, and policymakers through television, radio, digital platforms, print, and in-person events. News conferences often feature cars and trucks positioned in simulated highway lanes to demonstrate the most common causes of roadway accidents and how they can be prevented.

The program’s goal is to reach as many people as possible and influence driving behavior to save lives.

You can do your part! Gather your FCCLA chapter, school or class together and watch the educational video about Sharing the Road with the big trucks!
