Host a Teen Traffic Safety Day at your campus!

How to Get Started Planning a Traffic Safety Day:
Work with your teacher and administration to seek permission to host this event.

  1. Email us at info@oklahomachallenge.org

  2. Include at least 2 - 3 potential dates for the event.

  3. Set up a virtual meeting to discuss with the Oklahoma Challenge team.

  4. Note: Often our Traffic Safety events will combine several schools in smaller and more rural towns. Our events are flexible, and we can work to create the best format & timing that works best for your event.  Help construct a contact list for other area schools if your event includes other districts.

  5. Help us determine the optimal venue location.  The facility needs to accommodate three separate spaces.  The indoor space for indoor booths, auditorium style space for presentation, and outdoor space for outdoor activities.

  6. Help us determine the number and age of students attending the event.

  7. Help us determine priority traffic safety topics/concerns to focus on during the event.

Please note:  Fall events are usually scheduled for September – October.

Spring events are usually scheduled for March – May.

Traffic Safety Days get booked fast and there are a limited number each semester.
